Sai Prasadam Khichri

Shirdi Sainath khichri presents authentic Indian khichri, this is equally delicious as Sai Prasadam Khichri from Shirdi India.

Pour the rice-daal mixture in a pot /pressure cooker and soak for 5 minutes in 400~500ML water, then mix masala and cook on medium flame for 7~10 minutes or two whistle in pressure cooker.

Let the pressure release from pressure cooker or its normal eating temperature in pot. Serve with Ghee & pickle for rich aroma and taste, add salt as per taste.

Reduce heat to a low flame and cook for 2 minutes and then switch off the gas.

Let the pressure release from pressure cooker or its normal eating temperature in pot. Serve with Ghee & pickle for rich aroma and taste, add salt as per taste.
